Our Investment & Renovation Process
We have the experience and expertise necessary in creative real estate investing to secure the properties best suited for investment, complete the renovations, and fill the properties with tenants. When you work with Donnelly Investment Fund, you simply invest, and we take care of the rest.
Invest
The minimum amount needed to invest with Donnelly Investment Fund is $50,000. You invest and then make money from future profits for 10 years. At the end of the 10-year period, your principal will be returned as well.
Renovate
Our team has 30 years of experience in the real estate renovation and revitalization industry. We choose the properties with the best potential and complete professional renovations to turn them into lucrative rental properties.
Appreciate
Once the property is renovated, we rent it out. You sit back and collect a portion of the profits from the tenants with returns of up to 20 percent annually. We handle the entire process from start to finish, so you can enjoy your investment stress-free.
Are You Qualified to Be an Investor?
When you work with Donnelly Investment Fund, you don’t need to have any special knowledge of the real estate industry or construction. You simply invest, and we’ll take care of all of the logistics. However, we do have a few minimum requirements for our investors. Each investor must make $200,000 a year as an individual, or $300,000 as a couple. The investor may have a $1 million net worth accredited instead of proving a yearly income. The minimum beginning investment amount is $50,000.
