A seasoned entrepreneur and financial executive, James brings decades of experience across commercial lending, mortgage brokerage, hospitality real estate, and private investment to Donnelly Investment Fund LLC.
As Principal and Managing Member, James leads the Fund's investment strategy — identifying, acquiring, and repositioning real estate assets with strong value-creation potential. His background in commercial finance and capital markets shapes a disciplined approach to underwriting, deal structuring, and capital deployment.
James has founded and operated multiple companies in lending, investment, and financial services, including Donnelly Capital Financing LLC and JDCC. That dual perspective — financial professional and owner-operator — informs how he evaluates opportunities, manages risk, and builds lasting value.
